World Lindy Hop Day: Sat 25th May, 2 – 10.30pm, The Moseley Hive

Come and join us for our World Lindy Hop Day celebrations in honour of Frankie Manning’s birthday! Frank Manning (May 26, 1914 – April 27, 2009) was an African American dancer, instructor, and choreographer and he is considered one of the founders of Lindy Hop. We’re hosting a double bill of activities, including a daytime Lindy Hop Workshop and an evening Shim Sham class and social with live music from the brilliant Jim Wynn trio. You’re welcome to purchase tickets for the daytime event, evening event or join us for a full day of dancing; it’s what Frankie Manning would want after all!

7.30 – 10.30pm – Social Dance with Live Music from the brilliant Jim Wynn Trio
