Mobile Household Recycling Centre in Moseley – Mon 6th Sept!

On Monday 6th September 2021 Birmingham City Council’s Mobile Household Recycling Centre service, MHRC, will be visiting Moseley, giving residents a chance to dispose of items locally.

The MHRC service will comprise of two trucks:

  • A recycling truck that has multiple compartments for glass, paper and card, and both tin and aluminium cans.
  • An open-back truck that will take away unwanted items of clothes, bric-a-brac and other bulky waste items.

MHRC details:

  • When: Monday 6th September, between 7am and 12 noon.
  • Where: Trafalgar Road, opposite Rushbrooke Close, Moseley; see the map here.
  • What can be disposed of at the MHRC:
    • Household rubbish, paper, card, glass, aluminium, plastic, clothes, garden waste, larger items such as small furniture, toys, electrical items.
  • What cannot be disposed of at the MHRC:
    • Building materials, white goods, very large items, hazardous materials.
