Drop in for a power hour of green exercise at Highbury Orchard Thursday 11-2pm. Lots growing and needing planting. Everybody welcome. Tools provided. Meet at the orchard, Highbury Park.
We are hosting a local youth group weekend. The festival-like schedule sees the young people get involved in community work, plant for the Polinations project, cook their own campfire dinner and lunch plus engage in reflective forest activities. Do you know young people who would benefit from this? Get in touch and we can create more amazing weekends for local young people.
We meet every Wed during term time. This summer we are exploring life cycles of the plants and animals that we share the Orchard with:
- 0-4 year olds and their big people: 10.30-12pm
- Home educators 1-2.30pm
£5 suggested donation by card, cash or payal.
Growing Well Together
Our adult group meet 1-3pm every Thursday exploring bushcraft skills around the campfire. Open to all. We have been utilising the season and exploring natural dying and using foraged wood to make chess pieces and carve spoons. Learn more here
