The first Loch Arkaig Osprey chicks has hatched!

We’ve been sent this link to the webcam operated by the Woodland Trust:

A member of The Moseley Society says: “It is a fascinating watch! There are two more eggs due to hatch in the coming days.”

If you want to find out more about the Woodland Trust the home page is here and you can follow the link there to become a member and support their work throughout the UK. The Trust provides an opportunity to dedicate trees to people who are important to you.  See further information here.

“When I thought about the environmental cost of the arrival of a baby in the family, I decided this would be a good way to celebrate the birth” says another member of The Moseley Society.
