Children’s Competition to Design a Treehouse

Neighbourhood Watch has partnered with Universal Studios and the Co-Op in the launch of the film “The Croods 2: A New Age”. The film is a computer-animated adventure comedy, which centres around values of community, neighbourliness, inclusivity, and working together; values that are close to the heart of all Neighbourhood Watch supporters.

As part of the film’s launch, children up to the age of 16 are invited to design their very own Croods 2 inspired treehouse for their local community. What’s more, the winning entry will be brought to life and built within a nearby Wildlife Trust location to be enjoyed by the public for years to come!

In creating their designs, the child could draw, paint, use computer software or even cave drawings, but above all, they’re asked to think about how the treehouse could be used by the community to bring it a lot of fun!

To enter the competition, head over to this Co-op website to download the treehouse template and read their top tips for entering. The competition flyer is here, and the competition closes on 22nd February.

Neighbourhood Watch has also provided this children’s activity pack, to keep children entertained whilst they are home schooling. If you cannot print it at home and would like an activity pack and competition entry template posted directly to your door, please email: croods2@isg.media
