My Moseley + Kings Heath magazine

Due to the country going into lockdown My Moseley & Kings Heath magazine is delaying distribution of its April/May issue. This issue is packed full of wonderful local stuff and it’s easy and free to subscribe to the electronic version and have it emailed to your inbox. All you need to do is go to and fill in the simple form at the bottom of the homepage.
Please subscribe – we need our readers in order to survive this crisis and if we can’t distribute door to door this is the only way we can reach you. 


Newspaper Deliveries

Following the sudden closure of Village News last autumn, many of us now have our papers delivered by the NewsTeam group , NewsTeam, Cauldon Lock, Shelton New Road, ST4 7AA 01782 959530 One of our members writes “There are several ways to order and pay. Vouchers can be posted to them. They send detailed bills monthly. If you sign up by phone, write down the account number they give you. If you send vouchers, I suggest you write your account number down the side of each page of vouchers, retain the outer cover with its contact information and write on it the start and end dates of the vouchers you have sent. The delivery charge for February was £11.20.”

A Painted Room

A Painted Room which has only just reopened after being flooded, but has now decided, reluctantly, to close for the foreseeable future due to the effects of the Virus on the business.
If customers would like to order any Annie Sloan products while we are closed, they need to email And hopefully we can sort out delivery or collection, as long as they are local.
These are the chalk paints and accessories that are used to restore furniture using a special technique.  If you have visited the shop you will have seen some examples, or you may have attended one of the introductory courses.
