At Moseley Hive: 22 – 28 May

Fruit Punch: Wed May 22nd, 6 – 10pm
Every 4th Wednesday of the month

Come join us for a fabulous evening at The Moseley Hive! This event is all about connecting with fellow LGBTQ+ individuals in a fun and welcoming environment. Whether you’re sober or just looking for an alcohol-free space, this is the place to be. Enjoy great company, exciting conversations, and maybe even make some new friends! Let’s celebrate our queer community together.
We would like to invite people to bring their current crafts, be that knitting, scrapbooking or finger painting, to share with others, perhaps learn a couple new skills from one another. We intend for this night to be welcoming for folks to shape it to their liking as well; bring board or card games, start a D&D character sheet together, meet new people, bring a book to discuss, come as you may. Free to book here.

BRAP: Going Nowhere Fast: Thurs May 23rd, 6 – 8pm
We are hosting  BRAP at Moseley Hive as part of their current project “Going Nowhere Fast”. We are hoping for an intimate group of individuals to join this conversation about race and equality. Welcome to BRAP, a charity transforming the way we think and do equality. BRAP offers training, research, and community engagement consultancy and advice. Join us for an opportunity to be part of a local community conversation, to understand why long-term patterns of racial inequity continue for so many people in our city through structural racism. Young community researchers have been interviewing BME members across Birmingham about their experiences and views. We will be sharing their findings and aspirations, as well as wanting to hear from you to inspire a shift in generational experiences. The evening begins with light refreshments so do let us know if you can attend so we can cater accordingly and if you have any dietary requirements. Join the conversation and share your thoughts and ideas as well. To attend email
