Rumor has it there are still one or two performance slots left to sign up to! You’re welcome to just turn up at the door but it would be super helpful if you can book a free ticket in advance to guarantee yourself a space and help us keep track of how many people we are expecting! I am Yogi, pay as you feel yoga: Mon 5.15 – 6.15pm
A weekly series of donation-based classes for members of the community including those who are not able to afford yoga. The class is suitable for all levels and everyone is welcome. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the start time and wear comfortable, loose clothing. Mats will be provided but you are more than welcome to bring your own. Book for upcoming weeks here.

  • Pregnancy Pilates 6.30 – 7.20pm – A class where the Pilates exercises have been specifically adapted to be safe for a woman’s body during pregnancy; allowing you to nurture your body with gentle movement, strength and relaxation while your pregnancy progresses. This class helps to ease symptoms of pregnancy, prepare the muscles for birth, aid quick recovery post pregnancy, reduce strain on the lower back, strengthen pelvic floor muscles and aid relaxation. It’s also a chance to take some time for yourself, connect to your baby and meet other local mums-to-be. Suitable for ladies from 12 weeks through to full term.
  • Mat class 7.30 – 8.20pm – Pilates mat classes work the entire body through a series of repetitive exercises. In some classes small equipment such as resistance bands or balls will be incorporated into the class. When practised consistently, Pilates will help improve your strength, coordination and mobility. It will help you move more efficiently and freely in everything you do – from training for a marathon, to practising yoga or simply keeping up with the kids. Suitable for all levels.

ESOL Lessons: Tuesdays 10am – 3pm

Break Dancing: Tuesdays 7.30 – 9.30pm
All abilities, new and experienced, welcome. FREE.

Ukrainian Drop In: Wednesdays 11am – 2pm
Ukrainian families can connect with local services and agencies. FREE.

The Moseley Parish Stay and Play: Thursdays 9.30 – 11am
Open to children (0-4) and their parents/carers every Thursday morning from 9:30 – 11am. This is a time for play, chat and the sharing of refreshments. With plenty of toys suitable for all ages, and hot drinks and healthy snacks for everyone. £1 per child to help cover the cost of snacks.

Community Fridge: Thursdays 11.30am – 1pm
Join us to save food from waste, learn more about our mission and how the community fridge concept works. Everyone is welcome to collect food donated by local growers with too much, and we get food from Marks and Spencers and Co-Op. We need your surplus donations: do you have an allotment, bountiful garden, apple trees, plums… you can drop items off at the fridge 6 – 8pm Wednesdays, and Thursdays 10am – 12pm.

Spring into Sculpture, Thursdays 3 – 5pm
Join Kinmos and local artists as they run weekly workshops to prepare for their spring sculpture trail in Moseley Park. Open to everyone, families too. There will be light teatime refreshments to accompany the workshops. Just drop in.

Tea and Talk: Bi-weekly Thursdays, 5 – 6pm – next meeting Feb 22nd
Meet and chat with Ukrainians to help practise English speaking skills and share cultural conversations.
