Birmingham is applying to the World Health Organisation’s (WHO) Age-friendly Cities scheme to be recognised as an Age-friendly City. A questionnaire has been launched as part of the process of designing the application, which is being done in conjunction with older people from all parts of the city and from all backgrounds.
Eight themes essential to growing older in an Age-friendly CIty have been identified and the survey is designed to link with these themes.
The survey accepts responses from people over the age of 40 but is particularly interested in respondents aged 50+. Take part in the survey here.
